Hi, I’m Alamein and I’m proud to be the Centre Director here at The Fern Early Learning Centre Hampton Park. I’ve had the privilege of leading our centre since the day we opened, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to help shape the warm, welcoming environment we have today.
I’ve been working in the early childhood education and care sector since 2014 and hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for creating environments where children feel safe, supported, and confident to explore the world around them.
I truly believe the early years play a vital role in shaping a child’s lifelong love of learning. Building strong, trusting relationships with families and educators is something I value deeply, and I’m so proud to be part of a tight-knit community that places children at the heart of everything we do.
The centre is spacious, clean, the activities are really good, the educators are smiling, nice and courteous. I like the updates and call I get when something needs to be discussed. My husband and I are very happy when we transferred our daughter in the centre as we feel that she is being well looked after. The Centre Director Alamein is very helpful in so many ways. I really like the warm welcome and smiles of all educators in every drop off and pick up. To all the educators I wanted to extend my heartfelt Thank you ❤️. Thank you all and I really appreciate the effort you give to all the children in the centre. To the Fern Early Learning Hampton team keep up the good work.

Great staff from the reception to the cook and those working directly with the kids. Very happy with the centre and the support we receive.
They provide a safe and nurturing environment for kids. The educators are incredibly kind, patient, and professional. You can really tell they are passionate about what they do. The learning environment is engaging and nurturing, with so many creative activities that help my kids grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually. The communication from the centre is also excellent — I always feel informed and involved. I’m so grateful to have found The Fern. 😊
The Fern childcare in Hampton park is very good and the staff is very friendly . High recommend this childcare.
My two sons were enrolled right when the centre first opened. And from the very first day we have always felt very welcome and accepted by all staff there. The staff are so caring, kind and helpful. It will be a sad day when my second son doesn’t go there anymore I will truly miss a lot of the staff there that have always been so kind to us.
