I am extremely impressed with the level of care and attention at this childcare. The staff are incredibly detailed and patient, explaining every aspect thoroughly so parents feel confident and informed. The facility is spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming environment. I already feel excited and at ease about entrusting my child here full-time!
We love The Fern in Cheltenham! All the staff are so loving and attentive. They go out of their way to make my girl feel safe, happy and loved. I get lots of photos throughout the day and a report showing everything she's done. The centre is so clean and organised too. We're so happy and at home with The Fern.

My daughter started with The Fern back in August as a little 5 month old baby and has since grown and flourished under the care of the amazing educators that she has. Everyone is so welcoming, always having a smile on their face and are happy to chat me through my daughter's day even when they are busy. Taking a tour of this amazing centre should be on your list and you won't be disappointed!
If I could give this centre 10/10 stars I would. I have so many positive things I can say about this kindergarten and not a single bad! From the moment my daughter started more than 4 months ago I instantly knew she was going to be looked after. Alamein is one of the most beautiful, kindest people you will ever meet. She is so understanding and always has not only your child’s best interest but the parents. Also, the educators are so warm and loving towards to the kids and always happy when I see them, my daughter absolutely loves going each day and looks forward to playing outdoors and the the range of activities the staff have planned. I highly recommend this kinder to any parent wanting a safe space for their child. Once you go to The Fern you won’t go anywhere else!
